Testimonials: How We Change Lives One At A Time

“Our DSP consistently goes above and beyond in their support of Alyssa. From jumping in to help with a sudden A/C issue to coaching her through a last-minute job interview, they bring calm, compassion, and reliability to every situation. They even keep an eye on Alyssa’s health needs, helping her stay on track with her no-sugar diet in a supportive, respectful way. It gives me immense peace of mind knowing Alyssa is in such capable, caring hands. Our DSP is truly top-notch, and we are so grateful.”

“We are so grateful for this company and what you have done for our family by giving us the peace we desire when it comerd to supporting Rachel. We’d especially like to express our gratitude for finding the right employee to work with our niece. Our DSP has become part of the fabric of our family. She is honestly amazing with Rachel – identifying helpful household items to support her independence, taking a true interest in her nutrition, and helping her understand social appropriateness with kindness and calm. Most importantly, Rachel truly enjoys her time with Shante and has confidence knowing her DSP will show up and be there for her. We feel blessed that you matched Rachel with someone who meets her needs and helps her live an indepedent life.”

“This place is excellent! They have been an absolute blessing in my family’s life as a support for my autistic brother. The staff member assigned stepped into his world with kindness and patience that have transformed his days and brought peace to ours. Autism can build walls that feel impossible to climb, but the staff member doesn’t see walls. She seem him. That kind of connection isn’t something you train for, it comes from the heart that genuinely cares.”

“We are so grateful for the dedicated DSP’s who work with my daughter each week. My daughter looks forward to being with Angela, Sarah, and Raquel who provide a warm, encouraging, and fun time for her. They are dependable as well as flexible with scheduling conflicts. Their genuine kindness, respect, and compassion are integral to the support for my daughter. Thank you also to Support Coordinator, Lenika, for being so efficient and for all the time you put into planning her ISP.”

“I was referred to Ted Mayer and CSN for my autistic adult son needing support at home after he fractured his ankle and had to stay off his non-weight bearing ankle. I have to say that the CSN team was just amazing. They put together and trained staff to comfort and care for my son almost immediately. Their training and communication skills were excellent. In a very short time I trusted them implicitly to care for my son so I could get back to work. The ordeal ended up lasting nine weeks before my son could return to his group home and CSN was right by my side the entire way providing excellent care. My son was very comfortable with the DSP’s provided because they were aware of his needs due to their excellent training and my son can be difficult at times. I highly recommend Ted and CSN!”
