Opening Remarks

As we look back on 2025, I am incredibly proud of the progress, collaboration, and community impact shaped by our team at Community Supports Network. This past year was marked by meaningful growth—both in the services we provide and in the ways that we engage with families, partners, and the broader disability community across New Jersey.

Together, we strengthened CSN’s visibility and deepened trust with the individuals and families we serve. Through consistent messaging, expanded social engagement, and a renewed commitment to clear, accessible communication with families, more people than ever were able to connect with our programs and support systems.

2025 – Year of Progress at CSN

We advanced our mission of fostering independence through expanded housing and independent living supports, and we elevated inclusive employment by highlighting community partners who open doors for individuals with diverse abilities.

The relaunch of our CSN website significantly increased access to information, ensuring families can more easily navigate services and find guidance when they need it most.

This year, we also showed up across the state in powerful ways. From our multi-agency Disability Services Vendor Expo to transition fairs, DDD resource events, and local community gatherings, we strengthened relationships that help families feel informed, supported, and empowered.

We continued to grow our Family Navigation services, providing critical connections to therapies, employment pathways, specialists, and long-term planning resources.

One of our most exciting accomplishments was the opening of the new CSN Training Center—a dedicated space that reinforces our commitment to quality, ongoing education, and meaningful career growth for our staff. Through partnerships with colleges and community organizations, we expanded our workforce pipeline and created new opportunities for future DSPs.

We also broadened access to services by expanding both our medical and behavioral cases, ensuring that individuals with complex needs have supportive, person-centered options.

As a testament to the hard work of our staff, CSN earned a three-year CARF Accreditation for Supported Employment—the highest level of recognition awarded by the accrediting organization. This achievement reflects our unwavering dedication to excellence and the strength of our community partnerships.

Looking Ahead

As we enter 2026, our vision remains clear: to strengthen person-centered supports, uplift the stories and voices of individuals and families, expand access to community-based opportunities, and continue building environments where people of all abilities can learn, grow, and thrive. We will deepen our collaborations with statewide partners, enhance training and communication tools, and remain committed to showing up—consistently, compassionately, and with purpose.

To every DSP, staff member, family, advocate, and partner who contributed to this year’s success: thank you. Your dedication and resilience are the heart of our mission, and your work continues to change lives.

Wishing you a year of peace, connection, and continued possibility.
Here’s to a meaningful and inspiring 2026—together.

Warm regards,
