We will be sharing our success stories with families and young adults seeking ways to gain self-confidence and skills to transition into independent life as an adult. Find out how we can help!

WHO SHOULD ATTEND: Families and students with a 504 or IEP working through the transition phase from age 14 onwards, plus young adults with disabilities and their parents or guardians.
