Whether you’re just getting started or have worked before, supported employment can help you find the perfect opportunity. CSN is an approved DDD (Division of Developmental Disability) and DVRS (Division of Vocational Rehabilitation) vendor.
Working closely with support coordinators, vocational counselors and stakeholders, CSN has made hundreds of successful placements since 2015. Our Employment Specialists come from diverse backgrounds, and they are solid professionals with proven track records of success. Combining years of life experience along with personal achievement, our Employment Specialists are trained to identify what young adults with special needs are passionate about. Once identified, then we carefully select opportunities consistent with a candidate’s skill and interest resulting in a successful placement.
Our Employment Specialists subscribe to the APSE and our Certified Job Coaches are trained at the Elizabeth Bogg Center of Rutgers University.

How The NJ Workability Program Works with Employment Support
The NJ Workability program allows disabled individuals receiving full Medicaid coverage & whose income or assets would otherwise make them ineligible to work while maintaining coverage to be employed. Since February 2024, NJ Workability is open to people aged 16 and older who have a disability determination.
